How You Can Help?

The major ways you can help this ministry are by praying, contributions, donating the use of and/or skippering a boat, share with your church and friends, or volunteering.

Prayer
The first and main need is for prayer. Please will you pray and intercede for this ministry, and for the return of the Jews to Israel. Please subscribe to our Weekly Newsflash from Israel emailing list. Other needs include boats, ships or fishing vessels, available captains or skippers, plus anyone else who is willing to help in the great Second Exodus.

Contributions

We are told to  bless the Jews materially - Romans 15:27 - and they are to receive our gifts of "silver and gold!" - Isaiah 60:9 By helping our ministry financially you will assist us greatly.

For US$300 per person, we can provide transportation to a transit point for departure to Israel, housing while waiting for paperwork to be processed, and pay for the passport and exit visa. Once the Olim are in Israel we assist them with their various needs, or refer them to other organizations who can.  Please note: There are many fine organizations working to transport the immigrants to Israel, e.g. Operation Exodus, Wings of Eagles, Exobus, the Jewish Agency airlifts, etc. We are providing all the preparations to get them ready for departure, then helping them upon arrival.

Operation Tarshish is funded out of donations from brothers and sisters who are touched by the love of God to help see His Covenant Peoples being brought home to Israel. Without these gifts, whether large or small, Operation Tarshish would be unable to continue it's appointed task. Until now, Operation Tarshish has not had to ask for any subscription fees, and through your continued giving, we hope to keep it that way. But the time is coming when we will have to give, and give sacrificially, to see God's children brought home.   Operation Tarshish is a duly registered, Israeli non-profit organization.  Amuta # 58-034-255-8

Donating the use of and/or skippering a boat

If you have a boat, yacht or ocean-going vessel you can donate it or make it available to the Operation Tarshish ministry for this rescue of Jews. We also need people with willing hands and open hearts, who have a love for God's Covenant Peoples, the Jews!

Share with you church and friends

Operation Tarshish sends out Weekly Newsflashes by email, organizes tours to Israel (see 2006 Aliyah Tour), Speaks in Aliyah conferences, and organizes Bible studies or prayer meetings.

Volunteer

Operation Tarshish is in need of volunteers, to help in the Jerusalem office with the daily running of the ministry, helping Jews return to their Biblical homeland. Are you able to come to Jerusalem and serve the King of the Jews for six months or longer?

Operation Tarshish is in need of an assistant who loves the God of Israel and the Jews, to do the following:- Send and receive emails on a daily basis, collect mail, bank finances and enter the receipts on the computer, type thank you letters, read the daily news and type or scan in articles in order to compile the weekly news articles. Depending on personal skills, there may also be other areas in which to serve the Lord in the Operation Tarshish ministry.
